Foundation in F is a nonprofit dedicated to classical music education and performance. Serving the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond, we bridge world-class artistry and community service through student-led initiatives and professional mentorship.
Originally founded as Ignite Music Society in October 2022, we rebranded to Foundation in F in December 2025. Our milestones include three annual outdoor music festivals (2022–2024), masterclasses with renowned musicians, and the launch of student outreach and pro-bono teaching programs in 2026.
We strive to make music education and performance accessible to all — transforming lives through classical music while empowering young musicians as community leaders. We are dedicated to fostering leadership, creativity, and social responsibility in the next generation of musicians.
